North Peaks CWMUNorth Peaks CWMUNorth Peaks CWMU

The North Peaks Cooperative Wildlife Unit is located in Northwest Utah and consists of approximately 29,000 acres. It's a wildlife paradise. This beautiful ranch has breathtaking views with varied rolling hills, sagebrush flats, deep, pine-covered draws and peaks reaching above 8,800 feet.

As you research the unit for a possible hunt, we have answered a few of our most commonly asked questions to help you make a comfortable decision.

Property Access:  Access to the property is somewhat remote. We highly recommend the use of a UTV as some of the roads are two-track style roads with limited access.

Guest Policy: We allow you to bring as many guests as you can fit in your vehicle/UTV/ATV. If you decide to bring a few friends or family, that’s great and we welcome this, but remember there can only be one Vehicle/ATV/UTV used by your group on the property during your hunt.

Can I scout the property: We have an annual meet and greet  morning  where we will meet you at the property and show you boundaries and answer questions.

Will I have access to the entire ranch during my hunt: Yes. On your hunt, you will have access to the entire ranch and we will provide as much info as we can to help you have an enjoyable and successful hunt.

Can I camp on the CWMU: There are several places to camp around the CWMU.  We can show you some great locations that are close and convenient access to the CWMU for camping.
